Go to this page https://nynikaa.com/my-account/ and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.  

How can I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page (https://nynikaa.com/my-account/) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will get periodic updates through Email at registered email. Our courier partner will also send you an SMS with shipment tracking link.

 You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”.  You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product if your shipment is damaged. Unfortunately after this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim. If We determines that there was a defect in the product sold to you, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product. Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We’ll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned. Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with.
